Technical Services Specialist - Parts
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Services Specialist - Parts to join our Customer Service team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving technical issues and providing exceptional support to our distributors, dealers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical parts advice and support to the Customer Service team, dealer network, and direct customers.
* Process and manage customer orders, follow up on back orders, and provide updates to customers.
* Assist customer service with parts interpretation, technical information, and product specifications.
* Establish and develop communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as needed.
* Implement procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
* Coordinate rework programs with Warranty and Product Manager - Equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a technical role in a commercial environment.
* Lawn and garden or OEM equipment experience preferable.
* Strong customer focus with the ability to work across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Knowledge of safe working practices.
* Familiarity with SAP RP/3 and Infor CRM (desirable).
* Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and maintain successful business relationships.
