Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing a clean and well-maintained residential portfolio
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
Conducting routine inspections, entry/exit reports and rent reviews
Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with all parties
Preparing leasing documentation and supporting leasing when required
Handling negotiations, problem-solving and delivering quality service
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance at all stages
About You
You'll excel in this role if you're:
An experienced Property Manager (ideally 1–3+ years)
Confident with Queensland legislation and PM processes
A strong communicator who builds rapport easily
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Organised, reliable and comfortable managing relationships
Tech-savvy and familiar with common PM platforms
