The Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with drive and energy, motivated by putting our customers first. Key Responsibilities
* Provide admin support to the regional team who aim to deliver an exceptional service to clients both internally and externally.
* Schedule estimator attendances across regional locations effectively in line with SLA's.
* Communicate and negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs.
* Arrange specialist reports where required to support the estimating team.
* Liaise between insured parties and insurance companies.
* Dispute / issue resolution as required.
* Ensure all inspections, certificates & relevant documentation is signed off.
* Work closely with estimators to ensure quotations are submitted in accordance with SLA's.
* Process invoices.
* Ensure purchase orders are sent out accurately and in a timely fashion.
About You
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.
* Previous administration experience highly regarded however not essential.
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Construction background highly regarded, however not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
* Ability to develop strong relationships.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
* Can-do & positive attitude
