This pivotal role of a Reliability Leader focuses on ensuring the reliability and availability of equipment and assets within the site, managing the maintenance team of 8 and coordinating maintenance efforts to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery during a specific shift or period.
Base pay
A$125,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Lead a maintenance team of 8 and coordinate maintenance efforts to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment and assets across the site.
Develop and manage maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime and minimize disruption to production.
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and supervise the team during the shift.
Perform inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues and requirements; conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures or reliability issues.
Prioritize work orders by equipment criticality, safety and production needs.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance processes, reliability, and reduce downtime.
Ensure maintenance and safety compliance systems and documentation are actioned.
Experience & Qualifications
Mechanical/Electrical Trade Qualification
5 years' experience in a Supervisory role or similar
Budgeting & Cost Control
Experience with Maintenance Planning Systems using Mex or similar systems
