We are partnering with a well-established, growth-focused organisation embarking on a greenfield transformation of its data capability.
They are seeking a high-calibre Head of Data & AI to design, build and lead a modern enterprise data function from inception — spanning platform architecture, governance, analytics, and AI.
This is not a "manage what exists" role.

This role is ideal for a Data Architect, or Data Lead who has successfully delivered data platforms and is ready to step into strategic ownership and enterprise impact.
Your Mandate
You will:
Define and execute the enterprise Data & AI strategy
Architect and implement a modern, scalable data platform
Establish governance, ownership, and quality frameworks
Standardise enterprise KPIs and reporting foundations
Lead BI, analytics, and AI initiatives
Identify automation and advanced analytics opportunities
Partner directly with executive leadership to drive commercial outcomes
Build and lead the future Data function
You will shape how data is structured, governed, and leveraged across the organisation.
What You Bring
Proven experience implementing or modernising a data platform (warehouse, lakehouse, cloud-based architecture)
Strong foundation in data engineering, architecture, or analytics
Ability to connect technical design with business value
Experience influencing senior stakeholders
Strategic mindset with hands-on credibility
Ambition to step into enterprise leadership
