Our Corporate Services team oversees the organisation's operational efficiency and manages physical and financial assets. The role involves planning and delivering end-to-end construction projects for RSL Queensland, including reviewing tender applications, managing project finances, and fostering positive stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver capital works projects aligned with RSLQ and Asset Management strategies.
2. Develop capital works and minor works plans and budgets.
3. Oversee project feasibilities, design, documentation, approvals, tendering, construction, and project close-out.
4. Implement and maintain an asset condition audit program to support asset management and maintenance planning.
About You:
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project or construction management.
- Proven ability to manage mid-sized construction projects within budget ($300K – $2 million).
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Dynamics experience is a plus.
