Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sales Administration:
* Streamline the sales process, providing comprehensive administrative support from listing to closing.
* Coordinate and manage property listings to ensure accuracy across multiple platforms and marketing channels.
* Process contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
Diary & Calendar Management:
* Take full ownership of the agent's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, inspections, and viewings.
* Prioritise appointments and meetings, ensuring maximum efficiency in a busy environment.
Campaign Coordination & Client Liaison:
* Assist with high-end marketing campaigns, ensuring luxury properties receive the attention they deserve.
* Liaise directly with clients, providing exceptional customer service and facilitating seamless communication throughout the sales process.
* Manage social media and property portals, ensuring listings are updated and compelling.
Database Management & Agent Support:
* Maintain up-to-date client databases, ensuring quick access to key information and a streamlined sales process.
* Prepare sales reports, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
* Provide ongoing administrative support, assisting with daily tasks, travel arrangements, and office operations.
Ad-Hoc Executive Assistant Duties:
