Your New Opportunity: This is a rare chance to step into a brand-new warehouse and help shape how it operates as the business grows. You'll lead a 20-30 person team, balance day-to-day execution with future planning, and play a key role in building a high‐performing, disciplined operation. This is a hands‐on leadership role – visible, accountable and commercially focused.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, storage, inventory, picking and dispatch
* Lead and develop warehouse leaders and the broader team
* Deliver service, accuracy, productivity and cost KPIs
* Maintain strong inventory control and ERP discipline
* Champion WHS and set clear safety expectations
* Recruit, onboard, train and manage performance
* Drive continuous improvement across safety, efficiency and service
* Collaborate across Sales, Planning, Quality and Logistics
About You
* 5+ years' experience in warehouse or distribution operations
* Proven experience leading large operational teams
* Strong WHS leadership – safety comes first, always
* Solid inventory control and ERP experience
* Practical, decisive and comfortable leading from the front
* Forklift licence and current driver's licence
Experience in automotive, manufacturing or CI/Lean environments is highly regarded.
