Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality personal care services, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Ensure resident safety and comfort through effective mobility and transfer assistance.
* Meet nutritional needs by assisting with meals and fluids.
* Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to nursing staff.
* Perform basic observations, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, as directed by nursing staff.
* Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
Requirements
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification is required.
* Demonstrated experience in providing personal care to individuals, preferably in an aged care setting in Australia.
* A genuine passion for caring for residents and commitment to person-centered care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
