We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy, award-winning community pharmacy on a full-time basis, working 10am-6pm Monday-Friday.
TerryWhite Chemmart Charnwood is open 96 hours a week and supported by a team of over 60 professionals. Our owner-pharmacists, Bec and Samantha, work in the business every day, creating a high-performance culture built on care, accountability and innovation.

About the Role
This is a senior retail pharmacy position suited to an experienced Pharmacy Assistant ready to take greater responsibility. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the front-of-shop team, driving sales performance and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a community pharmacy environment
• Provide advice on over-the-counter medicines and vitamins (within scope)
• Promote Care Clinic services and myTWC Rewards
• Support achievement of retail sales targets and KPIs
• Assist with stock control, merchandising, planograms and catalogue execution
• Conduct expiry date checks and manage stock rotation
• Ensure compliance with QCPP, WHS and pharmacy legislation
• Mentor and support junior pharmacy assistants, delivering training as required
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
About You
• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant (highly regarded)
• Previous senior or leadership experience highly regarded
• S2/S3 certificate preferred
• Strong product knowledge in OTC and vitamins
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, organised and energised by a fast-paced environment
• Willing to take ownership and lead by example
