The Shire of Narrogin has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual to fill the role of a Customer Service Officer – Records in the Corporate Services Department
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in records management systems, electronic filing, and administrative processes.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and adapting to evolving processes, including paperless systems.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
* Proficient time management and organisational skills
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service and people skills, and
* Experience with Microsoft suite of product, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Benefits of working with us
Salary package range of $58,529 - $72,352 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience inclusive of:
* Up to 15% with Council superannuation contribution
* 4 weeks' annual leave
* Ongoing training and development
