Pharmaceutical Sales Professional Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Mount Kuring gai, reporting to the Business Unit Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales functions within a defined territory and providing sales supervision, coaching, and training to sales specialists.
Key responsibilities include establishing strong key customer relationships, analysing sales performance metrics, and contributing to portfolio business planning. Additionally, the candidate will provide external and internal service by visiting customers within clinical and hospital environments to understand their needs and build in-depth clinical and product knowledge.
* Sales: Manage sales budgets and targets, analyse sales performance metrics, and develop strategies to achieve ongoing business objectives.
* External and Internal Service: Visit customers to understand their needs, build and develop clinical and product knowledge, and provide adequate support for sales initiatives.
* Territory Management & Customer Support: Work closely with your manager to plan field activity based on customer segment and target principles, develop detailed business plans, and effectively manage your territory and accounts.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Science or relevant fields
* Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program (Code of Conduct) is highly desirable
* Leadership skills/aptitude are highly desirable
* Current Driver's Licence and the willingness to travel within your territory including some regional travel
