Your journey
Our Digital & Technology Graduate Development Program commencing in February 2027 offers rotations across a range of teams, giving you a strong foundation as you begin your career. You'll also have access to a wide range of professional development opportunities such as creative problem-solving, negotiation, leadership, and diversity in the workplace. These are just examples, with the program designed to be flexible and tailored to the evolving needs and priorities of each graduate cohort.
By the end of the two‐year program,you'llhave a clearer sense of what you enjoy, where your strengths lie, and how you want to shape your future.You'llhave the chance to test ideas, contribute to meaningfulworkand experience the satisfaction of seeing your efforts make a real impact, all while having plenty of fun along the way.
Degrees/Disciplinessought
We welcome applicants with studies in technology‐focused fields, including IT, cyber security, informationmanagement, computerscience, or data science. You must have completed your degree within the past 12 months or be on track to finish before the programcommencesin February 2027.

This role offers a starting annual base wage of $115,769.10 plus 13% pay grade and classification information can be found in the Utilities Management Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement available online.

* 13% superannuation (1% above current legislated employer contributions)

* 17.5% leave loading payable on annual leave

What are the eligibility criteria?
Allapplicants must:
* Have completed aBachelor'sdegree in a relevant discipline within the past 12months orbe on track to graduate before the programcommences.
* Hold unrestricted authority to work in Australia for the duration of the program, such as Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa thatpermitsfull-time work without restrictions.
* Be willing toparticipateinaptitude testing,face‐to‐faceinterviewsand/or an assessment centre as part of the selection process.
* Be willing to undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) and a police check.
