**About the role**
GrainCorp is currently seeking an Area Planner, based at our Marong site, to lead weekly planning team activity to deliver the maximum value for the Northern Mallee cluster and ensure sustainable level of activity across the operations and planning teams. The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Weekly planning activities for the cluster to deliver weekly grains plans ranging from receival and outload tasks through to hygiene and fumigations
- Partner with the Area Managers to deliver bet performance against plans for cluster
- Work between the asset planner and Operations teams to ensure appropriate allocation and utilisation of all assets.
- Provide input into planning tools and recommendations for continuous improvements
