Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in South Australia. As a Factual Investigator, your day is designed by you—this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day.
We have full-time, casual, and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.
The Role
1. Attend various locations, predominantly within Mount Gambier, with some work across South Australia;
2. Interview key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence, and produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
3. Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
4. Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You
1. Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence;
2. Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
3. Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
4. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
5. Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines;
6. If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
