Thrift Store Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Thrift Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thrift shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment that meets sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stock flow and visual merchandising.
* Coordinate volunteers to ensure smooth running of the store.
* Submit weekly stock orders to the Distribution Centre and manage inventory levels.
* Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to volunteers and staff.


Requirements:

* Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
