About the role:
1. Assume the role of a Project Manager's Personal Assistant, providing administrative support and assistance as needed.
2. Update and process contracts
3. Coordinate and communicate with agents on various matters
4. Maintain and organize sales data using spreadsheets
5. Collaborate with settlement agents
6. General Administration Duties
About you:
7. 2+ years of Previous experience in real estate/Sub development of residential lots
8. A high level of accuracy and excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
10. A passion for providing genuine, outstanding and professional customer service
