Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated technology expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support across a range of customer environments, with a strong focus on communication platforms and end-user support. You will also assist in managing cloud-based calling systems, video conferencing setups, and PBX infrastructure. Base salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical support to end users for hardware, operating systems, and application issues (onsite and remotely).
* Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365, Teams Calling, and PBX/VoIP platforms.
* Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to network connectivity, VPN access, and video conferencing systems.
* Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of VC room equipment (including Microsoft Teams Rooms and third-party devices).
* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues within SLA targets.
* Document procedures, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
* Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues as required.
Skills & Attributes
* Relevant Diploma in Information Technology or work experience in lieu of relevant qualifications.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ICT support roles, preferably within an MSP or similar IT services business.
* Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and VoIP/PBX technologies.
* Practical knowledge of VC solutions and hardware such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, Logitech, Cisco, etc.
* Experience using ITSM/ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools (RMM).
* Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in networking (basic routing, VPNs).
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive mindset.
