We are seeking an individual to support singles, couples, and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in providing flexible person-centred support to help clients access immediate housing options and transition into long-term secure accommodation.
This involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to apply early intervention strategies, strengthen tenancy skills, and reduce housing stress for vulnerable individuals and families.
To be successful, you will possess a strong understanding of housing systems and tenancy support, as well as skilled management of complex caseloads and delivery of therapeutic interventions.

Key Requirements:
* A relevant degree or less formal qualification
* Substantial years of relevant experience
* Strong understanding of housing systems and tenancy support
* Skilled management of complex caseloads and delivery of therapeutic interventions
