The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and organised IT Support Coordinator to assist with day-to-day IT support tasks. In this role, you’ll help manage support tickets, communicate with users, and ensure issues are tracked and resolved efficiently. This is a excellent opportunity to grow your IT skills and be part of a supportive tech team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues via helpdesk, phone, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office Suite and legal applications (e.g., NetDocuments, Aderant, Caseflow).
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Deliver basic IT training and guidance to staff on systems and security practices.
- Assist with IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Document technical procedures and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
