Job Description
* Support HR administration across a varied and dispersed workforce
* Prepare, review and issue employment contracts and documentation
* Assist with monthly and quarterly HR reporting requirements
* Maintain HR records and contribute to improving processes
* Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate employee data
* Provide support to managers across multiple locations
* Coordinate HR queries and follow up outstanding actions
The Successful Applicant
* Strong HR administration experience with confidence managing day‐to‐day HR tasks
* Able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision
* Comfortable liaising with a mix of corporate and remote operational teams
* confident managing varied stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and experience handling contracts and reporting
* Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning new systems
* Experience in the agriculture sector is a bonus
* Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities
