Pharmacist Opportunity in Hospital Pharmacy
We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care through the management and dispensing of medications.
About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position, requiring you to work Saturdays from 8:00am to 2:00pm (12 hours per fortnight). The ideal candidate will have current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA and Australian working rights.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispensing and managing medications
* Providing timely and compassionate medication counselling and education
* Conducting medication reconciliation
* Supporting safe and compliant handling, storage, and distribution of medications
Desired Attributes
While prior experience in hospital or IVF pharmacy may be beneficial, it is not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
