The Role
This is an chance for an experienced Receptionist or Clinic Administrator to join the growing workforce.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave position.
In this role you will report to the Patient Services & Engagement Manager assisting them with all daily tasks in clinic.
Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting all clinic patients offering outstanding customer service.
- To provide administrative planning, coordination, and support to the greater team across 4 locations in the East of Melbourne.
- To assist in the delivery of exceptional administrative services to patients, referring practitioners, Doctors and clinical staff.
- To ensure the smooth running of consulting sessions, accurate and timely bookings and a high standard of communication (both written and verbal) between patients, referring practitioners and all team members.
Your Profile
You are a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for fostering a positive working environment.
With previous experience in a similar role, you have demonstrated commitment to delivering a high standard of office administration and customer service.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, within a professional environment
- Exposure to the healthcare industry is a bonus!
- Immaculate presentation with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to be proactive, multi-task and effectively prioritize
- High attention to detail and process driven is a must!
- Integrity and confidentiality in management of private company information
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
