Your new role As a Client Service Officer, you'll be the key point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and support. Youll handle enquiries about financial products and services, resolve issues, and process transactions with efficiency and professionalism. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, youll need a client-first mindset and strong attention to detail. You should feel confident communicating with a diverse range of clients and managing financial transactions efficiently.Key skills and attributes:
* Exceptional communication skillsboth verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client concerns
