Cammaroto Poultry is looking for an experienced Retail Shop Manager to lead our team. We pride ourselves on quality products and exceptional service, and we need a leader who shares our passion for the poultry and meat industry.

The Role
You will be responsible for the total operation of the store, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and profitability. You won't just be managing staff; you will be managing a fresh supply chain and ensuring our customers get the best produce on the market.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Industry Knowledge (Non-Negotiable): You must possess deep product knowledge in poultry, with a strong general understanding of meat cuts, preparation, and quality.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail shop management.
Butcher or delicatessen management experience is preferred but not essential.
Operational Excellence: A proven track record of running a store efficiently and profitably (managing P&L, wages, and margins).
Inventory Master: Strong skills in supply management, stock control, and reducing wastage.
Food Safety: Uncompromising standards regarding hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with computers and online product management systems to manage stock and orders.
Your Skills & Attributes
Product Design: You have a creative flair for product presentation, counter display, and creating "value-add" products that catch the customer's eye.
Customer Obsessed: You understand that service is what keeps our locals returning.
Digital Bonus: While not essential, an interest in or experience with social media and online engagement to help grow our brand presence would be a significant advantage.
