To find out more visit our website at **.****About the role**MSS Security is seeking an experienced Armed Security Shift Supervisor Reliever to join our team at the Reserve Bank of Australia in **Craigieburn.**In this role, you will support shift operations by supervising on-site armed security officers while also being trained and utilised within the control room. You will support control room operations, incident management and ensure strict compliance with site operational requirements.Pay rates for this role are covered under the site based EBA.**Key responsibilities:*** Provide leadership and supervision of armed security officers, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.* Act as a senior point of contact during shifts for operational matters, incidents and escalations.* Perform control room duties, including monitoring CCTV, alarm, access control and communication systems.* Lead and coordinate emergency and incident responses, ensuring timely action.* Oversee access control processes, including identification verification and security screening activities.* Ensure all incidents are accurately documented, reported through the correct channels and followed up as required.* Communicate updates to policies, procedures and operating requirements to staff on shift.**Ideal candidates will have:*** Demonstrated experience in a security leadership or supervisory role.* Strong knowledge of control room operations, including CCTV and access control.* Excellent report writing skills with a high level of attention to detail.* Strong communication and leadership skills with a professional and confident demeanour.* Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure.* Strong computer literacy including Outlook, Word and Excel.**Requirements:*** Full Australian working rights.* Current Victorian Security Licence with the control room subcategory.* Certificate III in Security Operations (or willing to obtain)* Current Victorian Firearms Licence (or willing to obtain).* Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).* White Card (or willing to obtain).* Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.**Master Licence Number:** 409-987-30S## **How to apply**MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.We are proud to:* be certified by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency,* be a partner and supporter of Veterans employment and honoured to have an endorsed INNOVATE Reconciliation Action Plan.
