Overview
Drive AI and automation initiatives to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency;
Work with finance, IT, and other stakeholders to deploy AI tools, develop smart workflows, and support business adoption;
Provide advice and input into AI governance and operational frameworks, ensuring compliance and responsible use of AI;
Lead and collaborate with project managers, data analysts, and external partners to implement solutions;
Educate and advocate across the University to build AI literacy, awareness of opportunities, and understanding of limitations.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience with, or knowledge of, AI, machine learning, or automation technologies, including their practical application to improve business operations and processes;
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams, deliver solutions, and work with diverse stakeholders;
- Solid analytical skills and experience in process improvement, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making;
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills to support adoption and change management.
