Success Financial Services Pty Ltd T/As Elders Insurance Cockburn Central is the Elders Insurance agency in Cockburn Central where we currently have an opportunity for an Insurance Assistant Account Executive.

About the role
We are looking for a new ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to add value to our already successful team. You will be fully trained and mentored in company practices.
This position is NOT suitable for candidates wishing to work from home.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer service enquiries and providing information about our insurance products and services.
Assisting with the preparation of client documents including processing insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintaining accurate up-to-date client records and documentation.
Providing administrative support, such as banking and credit control.
Opportunities to be trained in other areas of the business including claims handling and sales.
What we're looking for
Experience in general insurance or a similar customer service-oriented role is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
A team player with a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology.
Police and ASIC clearances (or ability to obtain).
Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance (on‐job support to obtain this qualification).
