ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate Caseworker with experience delivering professional, flexible, and accountable casework to clients. This part-time (30 hours per week) contract sits within CASPAs motivated Permanency Support Team, contributing to the stability and continuity of our Permanency Support Programs. The role operates Tuesday to Friday, with the option to work from home two days per week.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* A minimum of 2 years Out-of-Home Care casework and casework management experience
* A demonstrated, thorough understanding of the Acts, Regulations and Standards as to the reasons why quality casework is essential to CASPA's practices
* Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with interagency personnel
* Knowledge of youth-related issues and service models, i.e. accommodation/ education
* High level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office software
* Willingness to work within the philosophy of CASPA
Desired:
* Bachelor of Social Work, Social Welfare, Bachelor of Psychology, Nursing and Mental Health.
* Case File Auditing experience Understanding of ISO9001 practice requirements
