Decoware is an Australian company which specialize in polishing all metal types with particular emphasis on stainless steel, brass, aluminium and copper. Currently, we are looking for a full time qualified, efficient and highly communicative Administration Manager to join our friendly, hard-working team.
**The main duties of the position are as follows**:
- Perform analytical functions necessary for administrative, strategic planning and provide regular report or advice to General Manager on administrative matters such as financial planning, staff management, etc;
- Work with other departments to fulfill business operation needs, (such as work with production department or financial department to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information);
- Provide regular information to support financial department for the preparation of financial reports and budgets;
- Develop and manage the company's financial, administrative and staff resources;
- Produce and implement financial, administrative and operational procedural guideline for staff use in the company;
- Represent company in negotiations or attend conventions or seminars etc.
