EACH is a **NDIS Partner** in the Community delivering the Early Childhood Approach Services in New South Wales, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory. The Early Childhood Approach helps families with children aged 0 - 9 with assistance, advice and access to the supports in your local community.

EACH is seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse, and highly motivated team comprised of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists!
In this vital role your responsibilities will include:
- Working in partnership with families to deliver functional assessments, identifying developmental concerns, and developing personalised plans to support children to achieve their goals, and actively participate in everyday activities.
- Working collaboratively within a team to create evidenced-based strategies to support early childhood development.
- Interacting and building rapport with families and listening to the voice of the child.
- Connecting and facilitating the inclusion of the child in community and mainstream settings.
- Coaching families, carers and other professionals to build their capacity.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Bachelor or Masters degree in Allied Health or Education.
- Expert knowledge of child development and experience identifying developmental concerns.
- A self-directed passion and drive to support children and their families within the community.
- Demonstrated experience working with families and young children with developmental delays/disabilities, and providing and implementing strategies for the families to practice at home.
- Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
