What you'll be responsible for...
Lead the development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, SecOps).Serve as the technical point of contact for ServiceNow strategy, design decisions, and complex integrations.Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.Maintain system performance, stability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.Oversee upgrades, patching, and platform health assessments.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and architectural standards.What you'll bring to the role...
Your expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM; ITOM, SAM, and HAM experience is highly desirable.Your understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and Flow Designer.Your experience with CMDB design, data modeling, and discovery tools.Your experience with Agile delivery frameworks and DevOps practices.Why we think you'll love this role...
