An exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Specialist has become available within the National Supply Chain department, based in Minchinbury, NSW. **This role is a permanent full-time position.**
**What does the role look like?**
- Working within Freight Planning supporting the Freight Costing team with inbound supply chain modelling and cost analysis
- Conduct financial analysis and develop reporting relating to international & domestic freight costs, and third-party warehousing costs
- Prepare, consolidate, and present weekly & monthly reports to both commercial and corporate stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommendations relating to the reporting processes
- Liaise with ALDI supply partners to provide support across all aspects of the inbound supply chain
- Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and third-party providers
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support project deliverables
- Support the Executive Manager in a professional and efficient manner

**Selection criteria**:
- 2+ years' experience in FMCG supply chain management or logistics & transport
- Experience in measuring and reporting service and cost within a supply chain or related field
- Analytical mindset with exposure to performing root cause analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly within Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP TM or Coupa) is highly regarded
