The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department in Geographe Ford.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* A desire to grow the business by ensuring high levels of customer retention and reaching out to potential new clientele
* Dedication to providing the best guest experience to all individuals that come in contact with the business
* Ability to value, sell and provide honest feedback to guests
* Solid communication skills and ability to communicate on multiple levels
* Excellent time management skills
* Motivated to achieve individual and departmental targets
Your daily activities would likely consist of:
* Managing customer enquiries and service bookings
* Determining the customers' needs and communicating these effectively to the workshop
* Monitoring and advising customers on the Technicians' progress
* Collaborate quotes and notify customers of any potential work that may need to be conducted
Experience working in the automotive industry is very desirable, but not necessary. Must be an Australian citizen or living in Australia.
