Country Motor Company is a proud family-owned dealership with a newly renovated, state-of-the-art workshop. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for qualified Motor Mechanics as well as 2nd–4th year apprentices to join our Service Department. 
About You 
- Has completed at least their first year of apprenticeship (or holds a trade qualification) 
- Can work across a range of makes and models 
- Has strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills 
- Works well in a team and takes pride in high-quality workmanship 
- Understands the importance of WHS and maintaining a safe, clean workspace 
Key Responsibilities 
- Diagnose and repair vehicles across multiple brands 
- Perform scheduled servicing, warranty, and recall work 
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections and fit accessories where required 
- Recondition pre-owned vehicles 
- Accurately complete job cards and assist with quotes 
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace 
- Participate in ongoing training and development 
What We’re Looking For 
- Trade qualified Technician (Cert III in Automotive Mechanical Technology) or 2nd–4th year apprentice 
- Proven technical and diagnostic ability 
- Robust communication skills with both team and customers 
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
