At uworkin, we create a welcoming space where Defence personnel can relax and recharge. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager on a full-time basis, to join our purpose-driven team that makes a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:
* You will support the Venue Manager in daily operations, including ordering, stock control, and rostering.
* You will lead and motivate a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* You will manage budgets effectively and identify opportunities to drive sales.
* You will ensure top-tier quality, safety, and presentation standards in the café.
Who We're Looking For:
* A passionate hospitality professional with a love for coffee, food, and customer service.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong barista skills and the ability to deliver high-quality coffee consistently.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
