Our products are specified by architects and designers across workplaces, education, hospitality, and public environments. The role This is a hands-on delivery role sitting at the centre of the project lifecycle. As the Project Delivery Lead, you take ownership once a project has been specified and won — driving it from quotation through to delivery and installation. You'll work closely with builders, contractors, and installers across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and installations are completed to standard. This is a role where you'll be out on site regularly (company vehicle provided), working through real-world challenges, coordinating internally with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Own projects from tender/quotation stage through to delivery and installation Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage project documentation Track and manage all projects through CRM with accuracy and discipline Coordinate with contractors, installers, and builders across Victoria Provide on-site support, including troubleshooting installation and product issues Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Customer Service) to meet delivery timelines Monitor project forecasts and support reporting on performance and pipeline Identify and manage risks including spec changes, value engineering, and substitution risks Develop detailed project briefs for custom or complex product requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and stakeholders About You You're someone who takes ownership. You don't pass problems on — you work through them. You've likely come from a background in project coordination, sales support, or construction/interiors delivery, and you're comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across active project environments. You're also not office-bound — you're comfortable being on site, working with installers, and making decisions in real time to keep projects moving. We're looking for someone who brings: Experience managing projects from quote/tender through to delivery Strong background in customer service or sales/project support Confidence working with builders, contractors, and installers Ability to interpret drawings and technical project information Strong CRM and Excel capability Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities A practical, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills Highly regarded: Experience in interiors, construction, textiles, acoustic products, carpet, upholstery, or similar specification-based industries Exposure to installation, site delivery, or contractor coordination We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
