Teacher - Special Needs Educator We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a Teacher - Special Needs Educator. Job Description * Teach and educate students according to their specific needs and abilities, maximising their attainment potential for success beyond formal schooling. * Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to all students in your class, incorporating strategies to cater to individual learning styles and abilities. * Assess, mark, record and report on the development, progress, attainment and behaviour of students, providing constructive feedback to inform future teaching practices. This role requires a teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education to students with diverse needs and abilities. Required Skills and Qualifications * Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher with the relevant state authority. * TAE40116 Certificate IV in Assessment and Training to deliver Nationally Accredited Vocational Certificates (highly desirable). * Experience working with special assistance schools, providing alternative educational settings for students with high-level needs and students who are at risk, have behavioural difficulties, or whose needs are better met by flexible learning structures. A strong understanding of curriculum design, delivery, and assessment, combined with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role.
