Role description
Dhelkaya Health is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Learning and Development Administration Assistant to support our Learning and Development, Quality, and BKI teams. This role contributes to the smooth delivery of education and training across the organization and plays a key part in supporting a positive learning environment. As the L&D Administration Assistant, you will provide high quality administrative support and be a key point of contact for staff, students, education stakeholders and external health services. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure learning activities run efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development, Quality, and BKI teams.
* Coordinate education and training activities, meetings, and documentation.
* Liaise with staff, students, education providers, and external stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records, databases and learning resources.
* Support quality and compliance activities as required.
