Project Lead Opportunity
At our firm, we're seeking a skilled Senior Architect to take on a key leadership role in one of Queensland's largest new health infrastructure projects.
This position requires an experienced professional with expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams and guiding complex project delivery from early design through to construction.
Qualifications
* 12-15+ years of professional experience in architecture, including large-scale infrastructure projects
* Registered Architect or eligibility for registration in Queensland
* Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams of 20+ people
* Demonstrated experience on complex health, education, infrastructure, or major civic projects
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with confidence engaging directly with clients
* Deep understanding of design management, documentation, and coordination processes
* Proficiency in Revit and collaborative digital design workflows
* Ability to navigate complex project phases, including ECI and Design & Construct
* Experience maintaining design quality, alignment with scope, and resourcing requirements
* Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-moving project environments
