Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your HR career in a complex organisation?
This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE (NR TAFE) and live in one of the most pristine and exciting regions in our State.
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who will provide a customer-focused HR business partnering service and the provision of advice and support to managers and general staff on a diverse range of operational human resource management matters.
You will play a critical role in delivering a proactive business partnering service on a range of human-resources functions whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and government policy.
The role requires support to the manager Human Resources in managing routine industrial-relation queries.
The position will be based at the Karratha campus; however regular travel to other NR TAFE campuses across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions is required.
