Manager, Contract Coordination and Compliance
Outstanding opportunity to join Youth Justice on a fixed-term basis in Melbourne. Lead a team to strengthen contract governance and drive successful delivery of contracted programs and services. Provide expert advice and support to drive compliance and achieve performance outcomes.
The Opportunity
- Fixed term, full-time position (12 months) based in Melbourne.
- VPS Grade 6 role: $138,631 - $185,518 per year plus superannuation.
- Lead the application and adherence to contract management principles and practice across Diversion, Community and Programs business units.
- Lead and monitor contractual compliance, including compliance against key performance indicators, supporting contract leads and internal stakeholders to effectively manage relationships with service providers.
- Establish and maintain performance reporting platforms enabling streamlined and efficient data capture and reporting.
- Lead a small team, managing, supervising, and mentoring staff to optimise performance outcomes consistent with business plans, develop performance plans and undertake performance appraisals.
To be successful
Experience managing complex contracts including undertaking commercial and contractual negotiations.
