Fresh Produce Packer – Full Time
Join the dynamic team at Australian Produce Brokers' as a full-time Fresh Produce Packer based in Canning Vale, WA. The position is Monday to Friday with a 5.00 am start. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing a variety of fresh produce for distribution across Western Australia.
What you'll be doing
Carefully handle and pack a range of fresh fruits and vegetables to meet customer orders and quality standards
Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and effectively
Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety in the packing area
Fulfil orders within set timeframes to ensure timely delivery
Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
Support the wider production team as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a fast-paced produce packing or food manufacturing environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
Good physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Forklift Driver/Picker/Packer role – Full Time
We are seeking a full-time Forklift Driver/Picker and Warehouse Packer to join our dynamic team at Australian Produce Brokers' warehouse facility in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This is a hands-on role that will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating forklifts to move, load and unload stock, as well as picking and packing customer orders. Start time is either 3am or 5am
What you'll be doing
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load and unload stock
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Adhere to all health, safety and quality procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as required or repacking produce to chain store specifications
What we're looking for
High Risk Forklift license and experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment
Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
Available to work every second Sunday
