We are currently seeking experienced Training Support Administrators to join our team on a temporary basis. Multiple positions are available with assignments ranging from 3 to 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension.
The Role
As a Training Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to training programs and managing website and social media promotion and updates.
Main Responsibilities
* Create and maintain training materials
* Provide enrolment support administration
* Prepare training and coaching materials
* Update and maintain the company website and social media platforms
* Maintain the intranet and database
* Liaise with internal stakeholders
Essential Skills and Experience
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience in graphic design using Canva or similar software
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Creativity and attention to detail
Requirements
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
To be successful in this role, you should be immediately available and possess the essential skills and experience outlined above. Previous experience working within government roles is highly regarded.
