About the Role Aerofloat has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team based in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney. In this full-time position, you'll play a critical role in assembling electrical systems for wastewater treatment plants, providing maintenance, troubleshooting existing systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include: Assembling electrical equipment for wastewater treatment plants across Australia. Conducting servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on existing plants. Upholding and promoting high safety standards and practices. Working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Traveling interstate for equipment installations as required. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic, trade-qualified Industrial Electrician who thrives in a hands-on role and excels in both independent and team-based environments. The ideal candidate will possess the following: A valid Electrical Licence. A strong willingness to learn and adapt, particularly with software-based systems for client support. Mechanical maintenance experience (preferable). Experience or exposure to PLC systems (Allen Bradley experience preferred). Automation experience is highly regarded. A solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, Australian Standards, and ISO Standards. Exceptional problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
