The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated on-site General Practitioner to join our growing team, providing on-site medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across Bendigo and surrounding areas. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth specialists, and administrative staff — all working together to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care in the aged care setting. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden, giving you the freedom to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions. You will enjoy professional autonomy, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to see the direct and lasting impact of your care on residents, their families, and the broader care team. Requirements Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner. RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion). Availability of 1-4 days per week initially, with opportunity to increase. Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software.
