Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our school team. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy school office.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform a diverse range of administrative tasks necessary for the efficient running of the school office.
* Work closely with the Principal, Assistant Principals, Officer Manager, and Business Manager to ensure smooth operation of the office.
* Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff, demonstrating a genuine interest in serving their needs.

* Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos in your duties.
* Showcase exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
* Display a high level of professionalism, including discretion, confidentiality, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Show evidence of advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.
* Highlight previous experience working in a similar environment, preferably in a school office setting.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Hold a Working with Children Card.
* Undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
* Possess Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School.
* Hold a Senior First Aid certificate.
