Job Summary:
A 24-hour per week, temporary part-time position is available for a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Psychologist, Counsellor Lvl 3, Occupational Therapist Lvl 3, or Social Worker Lvl 3 to join our Safeguards Team.
About the Role
The Safeguards Team provides innovative and best practice care to children and adolescents aged 0-17 years experiencing acute mental health distress. As a member of this team, you will provide clinical mental health services within a community-based setting, delivering rapid, mobile, intensive, and flexible short-term interventions to resolve mental health crises both in the community and acute facilities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing evidence-based interventions to children and adolescents experiencing mental health distress.
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
* Engaging with families and carers to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
