This business has rapidly increased their staff count to just shy of 100 personnel to keep up with their increasing pipeline of projects, supported by a 93% repeat client base.
**Role**
This Site Supervisor role will involve delivering a $100m Data Center project in the Western suburbs. This will be a 3-month contract role, with the potential for a permanent role to arise.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be required to:
- Delegating responsibilities to team members and contractors
- Enforcing OH&S; requirements
- Managing project budgets and upholding quality standards
- Resolving disputes that may arise in office
- Report into the Site Manager frequently.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial projects as a Site Supervisor
- Data Center experience required
- Understand the terminology and complexity of a Data Center project
- Hammertech software experience
- Immediate or availability on short notice
