The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and administration services in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing efficient recruitment processes
* Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes for hiring managers across Australia
* Providing coaching and support to hiring managers on position description development, interview processes, background checks, and recruitment approval processes
* Working closely with the HR team to ensure contract development, employment offers, and onboarding are efficient and provide an engaging experience for new starters and managers
* Ongoing development and education of management in utilising human resources policies and procedures
* Assisting in preparation of relevant human resources reports for management when required
Additionally, you will contribute to and participate in achieving targets set in strategic business plans.
We seek a highly developed individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and consult across all levels. Strong customer service focus and commitment to quality customer service outcomes are essential.
The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of and ability to interpret relevant Human Resources Legislation, Awards, Policies, and Procedures.
